Dr. Shahrokh Esfandiari

Dentist and owner

 

Dr. Shahrokh Esfandiari works as a part clinician at Timberleadental. 

As a fellow of International Team of Implantologists (ITI), he performs both surgical and prosthetic phases of implant dentistry including guided surgeries. He is a highly qualified clinician, educator, scientist and academic leader with an established track record of accomplishments in dental research, including the assessment of health technologies and policies, particularly oral health technologies and management. 

Currently the Dean and a full Professor at Université de Montréal Faculty of Dentistry, he possesses the capability to evaluate and integrate complex educational and research programs, complete economic analysis of a wide range of health programs, mentor and develop future educators in dental curriculum and research, as well as execute recognized program management and evaluation skills with experience conducting national and international studies. 

Dr. Esfandiari is an exponent of translational health research, with the ability to operate and communicate collaboratively with expert teams of local and international partners in relevant fields. He is also well skilled in managing projects financial and human resources, including evaluating and administering grants and academic awards. Passionate about dentistry, research and education, he is experienced with the continuum of discovery to action, from randomized clinical trials to technology assessment, knowledge translation and health care management.

Dr. Azin Alborzi

Dentist

 

Dr. Azin Alborzi received her doctorate from theTehran University of Dentistry in 1998. She successfully graduated from the equivalence program at the University of Toronto in 2000 and has been working as a clinician since then.

Dr. Azin is very enthusiastic about her profession. In addition to her general curriculum, she obtained additional certifications in Invisalign, dental laser and Lumineers veneers. Focusing her practice on restorative dentistry and pedodontics, she also performs simple extractions and periodontics, to prevent and care for gum diseases. 

Dr. Azin has a warm approach with her patients. She takes the time to explain procedures, and she likes to chat with them.  

Dr. Johnny El Helou

Cosmetic Dentistry & Implantology

DMD, M.I.C.O.I., D.I.C.O.I.

Dr. El Helou is an accomplished General Dentist with a passion for cosmetic dentistry and implantology. He graduated from the University of Montreal, Canada in 2001. He then pursued his training in multiple world renowned institutes. He received his training in surgical and prosthetic implantology from the Misch International Implant Institute in Detroit and Orlando; his training in root canal treatment with Dr. Ruddle in California; his training in complete mouth rehabilitation with the Pankey Institute in Florida, and the Las Vegas Institute in Las Vegas.

His journey brought him the IPS Mastership, and the exclusive Diplomate status with the International Congress for Oral Implantologists (ICOI). Being a technology enthusiast, Dr. El Helou incorporates digital dentistry in all aspects of dentistry. Whether it is CEREC, iTero, digital smile design and planning, and computer guided implant placement, state of the art dentistry is part of his daily pleasures.

On a personal note, Dr. Helou enjoys travelling, archaeology and all kind of sports with football being his passion. He also speaks English, French, Arabic and Spanish.
